Our Story
While the business is only a couple of years old, Brad Hotchkiss has been in the business for many years in Toronto. He is now bringing his fierce work ethic, incredible knowledge, and outstanding customer service to Windsor/Essex. His number one focus is always putting customer service at the forefront. Many businesses seemed to focus on other things, but for Brad, it can’t be anything but the most important thing. He strives to bring easy accessibility to all of his client’s needs.
He started this satellite store in Devonshire Mall built on the idea to make things fast, easy, and simple for customers and is looking forward to servicing Windsor/Essex.
Now Brad has expanded to meet all your needs at the new location on Walker Road. This location has a showroom with hot tubs and saunas new and used. Large selection to choose from.
He also wants his clients to know he is available outside those showroom hours. If you can’t get there during showroom hours, no problem; call him anytime for your hot tub needs.

How can I get the products?
You can schedule a pick up time for your items or you can set up a delivery that works as we are around the city and county on different days to pick up your hot tub supplies.
What are your payment methods?
We offer a variety of payment methods to meet your needs. Cash, e-transfer, credit card or debit.
Do you offer just what is listed?
We offer a variety of filters, chemicals etc that may not show up on our list but if you contact us we are happy to let you know you about the extensive list we can get.
Do you move hot tubs?
We can remove your old hot tub, or move to your new home, or just about any reason for moving a hot tub. Email us the details and we will be happy to work with you.
